This role reports directly to and is supervised by the School Principal & General Manager, which includes mentorship, 1:1 meetings, and direct feedback. A strong Principal candidate will be detail-oriented, have both long-range and short-range planning abilities, excellent public speaking skills, familiarity with structures needed for administrative and educational support in mid-sized schools, and experience with new projects and new initiatives in previous roles.
