Position Overview:
As an accomplished MYP Mathematics teacher, you will specialize in delivering engaging, student-centered instruction for secondary students. By focusing on co-planning and co-teaching, you will create an inclusive, dynamic learning environment that meets students' diverse needs.
In addition to classroom instruction, you will collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure personalized academic and social growth.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver the required curriculum within the MYP framework, demonstrating excellent, up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and subject matter.
- Delivering quality instruction and teaching of Mathematics
- Plan and deliver quality lessons and units to motivate students and enhance their learning. Create and apply appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater to different learning styles and needs.
- Show written evidence of planning and preparation on request. Establish and maintain records of curriculum and unit plans, attendance, assessment plans, etc.
- Ensuring the policies, procedures, and code of conduct of Generations are always followed.
- Communicate and meet with parents regularly and keep parents informed of student's progress concerning individual confidentiality
- Teach students assigned according to their individual needs using appropriate teaching strategies that meet different level learners academically and based on their language level
- Display competence in using technology in teaching
- Promote the well-being of students through daily actions and provide individual care for students in need
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders effectively and appropriately when required (e.g. school board and founders, community members, authorities)
- Monitor and supervise safe and appropriate student behavior. Plan and implement strategies to encourage self-discipline and manage disruptive behavior.
- Participate in the planning and organizing of school events and celebrations and occasionally initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday
- Participate and design extra-curricular activities and programs and student support activities.
- Promote good working relationships through active leadership and sharing of ideas, materials, and experiences. Work with colleagues effectively and respectfully. Organize co-teaching, mentoring, and collaborative learning activities
