Early Years / KG Homeroom Teacher

Position Overview:
As an accomplished early childhood education professional, you will specialize in delivering engaging, student-centered instruction for children aged 3-5. Responsibilities:

• Classroom Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver daily teaching activities that meet the developmental and academic needs of young learners.
• Use creative and age-appropriate instructional strategies to foster curiosity and foundational skills.
• Work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues to create Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), ensuring understanding, agreement, and support from all stakeholders.
• Participate actively in classroom activities conducted by other teachers and integrate cross-curricular approaches where relevant.
• Regularly evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessment practices based on research.
