Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a centrally organized record of employees’ files for school-based staff
- Lead on tracking visa, passport expiry dates, medical, work permits, labor contracts, and cards (liaising with the PRO).
- Keep tracking to ensure accurate records for all Government Systems for all employees’ data and documents.
- Oversee the PRO and do the internal audit from time to time.
- Ensure to meet all the deadlines set by the Government liaising with the PRO to avoid any fine.
- Oversee the staff attendance and provide updated records when needed.
- Support the School Management for staff leave queries.
- Ensure that the school Admin staff completes the Head Office Leave Tracker Plan.
- Oversee the HR system at the school level.
- Responsible for keeping track of the staffing budget.
- Act as a Leader at the school level in HR Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc. for school employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supporting the HR Manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary following the Company Policies.
- Acting as the point of contact for all employees at school.
- Attend the HR meetings set by the Head Office and any training that is assigned by the HR Manager.
