Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a centrally organized record of employees’ files for school-based staff
Lead on tracking visa, passport expiry dates, medical, work permits, labor contracts, and cards (liaising with the PRO).
Keep tracking to ensure accurate records for all Government Systems for all employees’ data and documents.
Oversee the PRO and do the internal audit from time to time.
Ensure to meet all the deadlines set by the Government liaising with the PRO to avoid any fine.
Oversee the staff attendance and provide updated records when needed.
Support the School Management for staff leave queries.
Ensure that the school Admin staff completes the Head Office Leave Tracker Plan.
Oversee the HR system at the school level.
Responsible for keeping track of the staffing budget.
Act as a Leader at the school level in HR Policies and Procedures.
Prepare letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc. for school employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Supporting the HR Manager with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary following the Company Policies.
Acting as the point of contact for all employees at school.
Attend the HR meetings set by the Head Office and any training that is assigned by the HR Manager.
