Qualifications:
- BSc in Special Education with a valid teaching certificate/license in content area and/or related field. Master’s degree in special education is a plus
- A minimum of two years of proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role.
- IELTS or TOFEL for non-native teachers (6.5 for subjects taught in English & 7.5 for English subjects).
- Good knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies.
- Teaching experience in an American curriculum school is preferred.
- Experience with current best practices, current teaching materials, and current instructional strategies, as well as recent professional growth activities.
- Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities.
