Bachelor's degree in Education, French, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Certification or licensure in French language instruction.
Experience or knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program (DP).
Proficiency in French language (native or near-native fluency preferred).
Prior experience teaching French language courses at the secondary level (middle or high school).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with educational technology and resources for language instruction.
Commitment to student-centered teaching and continuous improvement.

The founders, concerned about education and with several years of experience, had the support of a group of families and friends, bought that school, and created Aquinas American School.
