Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head Teacher to oversee the Lagos campus and provide strategic leadership aligned with our American curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the school, guide academic programs, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, Supervise, and Train Teachers: Manage teaching staff, providing regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • School Leadership: Set academic and operational goals for the Lagos campus, ensuring alignment with the school's vision.
  • Curriculum Management: Implement and monitor the American curriculum, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Student Success: Ensure a supportive environment that addresses students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders, promoting involvement in school activities.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, ensure compliance with policies, and oversee the efficient use of school resources.

Qualifications:

  • Valid U.S. teaching certification or administrative credentials.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in an American curriculum school.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
