Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluency in English proficiency in Arabic is not required for this position.
- A recognized SEN qualification (e.g., Special Education certification, Master’s in SEN, or equivalent).
- Experience in diagnostic testing, IEP development, and working with students with mild to moderate learning needs.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with parents, teachers, and external professionals.

Overview:
Advanced Learning Schools is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The ideal candidate will be committed to advocating for students with mild to moderate learning needs and ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally in an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support student learning goals.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and assessments to identify and address specific learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective accommodations and interventions.
- Advocate for SEN students, ensuring their needs are a central focus of the school’s inclusive practices.
- Provide professional guidance and training to staff to build capacity in supporting SEN students.
- Regularly monitor and report on student progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
