Job Description:

Brief job description:

Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups
Address academic, personal, social, and emotional issues affecting students
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
Develop and implement counseling programs to support student well-being
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student concerns
Advocate for students and provide referrals to external resources when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling practice
Stay informed about educational trends and resources relevant to student counseling
Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
