Brief job description:
- Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups
- Address academic, personal, social, and emotional issues affecting students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
- Develop and implement counseling programs to support student well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student concerns
- Advocate for students and provide referrals to external resources when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling practice
- Stay informed about educational trends and resources relevant to student counseling
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
