Job Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Develop curriculum content, unit plans, and related learning materials by STEAM standards, ensuring alignment with international educational benchmarks
• Design diverse teaching activities incorporating interdisciplinary elements to foster students' innovative thinking and practical skills
• Differentiated Instruction
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies to deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students of varying abilities, ensuring each student receives appropriate learning support;
• Integrate international-mindedness into teaching practices and connect learning to local and global contexts to help students understand the real-world applications of knowledge.
• Team Collaboration and Professional Development
• Actively participate in various school meetings, including all-staff meetings, pedagogical meetings, and department meetings, and collaborate with team members on instructional planning;
• Engage in the school's professional development activities to improve teaching practices and drive educational innovation.
• Project-Based Learning Guidance
• Guide students in project-based learning (PBL), helping them explore and solve real-world problems through hands-on experiences while fostering teamwork and self-directed learning skills;
• Provide personalised guidance to students to ensure successful project completion and achievement of learning objectives.
• Student Management and Collaboration
• Work closely with other subject teachers and school management to cultivate positive student behaviour and maintain classroom discipline;
• Focus on the holistic development of students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
