Middle School (G6-G8) Content Specialists (ELA)

Position Overview:

We seek passionate educators to join our Middle School team as subject content specialists. Our Middle School program emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, and we are looking for educators who can challenge and engage students through innovative, standards-based instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons in line with the Common Core Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported in their learning.
  • Utilize project-based learning and real-world applications to deepen student understanding.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to design interdisciplinary units that challenge students to think across disciplines.
  • Use assessment data to guide instruction and provide individualized feedback to students.
