Qualifications and Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead the campus and drive academic excellence, student development, and school growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the Primary and Secondary divisions.
- Ensure high standards of academic excellence in line with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Oversee the rigorous Chinese Language program, ensuring integration with the school’s international curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, prioritizing student success and well-being.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty and staff, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
- Develop and implement policies that enhance teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Strengthen parent and community engagement to build strong relationships and partnerships.
- Maintain effective school operations, including budgeting, staff management, and policy enforcement.
- Represent the school professionally in educational networks and accreditation processes.
