What will you do:

  • School Culture: Drive the school’s ethos and strategic direction, fostering a positive environment aligned with Jet Aspire International School core principles.
  • Teaching: Establish and sustain high-quality, expert teaching across all subjects and phases and embed Jet Aspire International School teacher Habits across the school.
  • Curriculum and Assessment: Utilise effective evaluation processes to identify and address barriers to school effectiveness, implementing evidence-informed improvement strategies.
  • Working in Partnership: Foster relationships with parents, the local community, and other educational institutions to support student success and school improvement initiatives.
  • Governance and Accountability: Embrace the role of governance, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, professional responsibilities, and accountability measures.

  • Make sure the quality of teaching and learning is at the centre of strategic planning and ensure a planned annual cycle of assessment, monitoring and evaluation across the school
  • Ensure a consistent and continuous approach to monitoring pupil progress, using data and benchmarks to identify individual and group achievement.
  • Be able to balance resources efficiently and effectively in a way that maximises performance and ensures the financial sustainability of the school.

  • Possess recent successful experience working in school management

  • Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn      
  • Be available for an August 2025 start

Jet Aspire International School was founded in 2019 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, one of the beautiful countries in the east Asia and includes two independent schools, one is a Primary School and another is a Middle School.

Currently, Jet Aspire International School is implementing the the Cambridge Assessment, the world standard educational services for over 740 children with 120 staff, and 80 teachers, 24 of whom are invited or foreign teachers from every corner of the world specialized in Cambridge Assessment.

Regarding to the requirements of modern education philosophy, we have been implementing the IPC curriculum and the Cambridge Assessment in Primary school and IGCSE and AS level program in the middle and high school.

Jet Aspire International School is one of the branch companies of Jet Track Education Service Group. This group has five companies:
