Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive Pay: Your base pay starts at $14 per hour and can go as high as $20 - the more you teach, the higher your base pay becomes!
- Referral Bonus: Receive a $150 bonus for each successful referral.
- New Teacher Peak Time Bonus: Open teaching slots during peak times in your first two weeks and earn an additional $2 per slot, booked or not!

Program Highlights:
- Class Types: Engage in one-to-one or small group sessions.
- Class Duration: 25 or 55-minute lessons.
- Peak Hours: Increase your bookings during these peak time slots: Every day: 7 PM- 9 PM (Beijing time), Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM-11 AM (Beijing time)
- Teacher Referral Bonus: Earn $150 for each teacher you refer who successfully joins our team.
- New Teacher Incentive: Earn an extra $2 per peak time slot you open in your first two weeks, whether they get booked or not – up to $128!
