Required Qualifications:
- Valid teaching credential

- Minimum five years of teaching experience
- Strong understanding of curriculum delivery, teaching methods, and class observation
Additional Experience:
Experience in teacher support and/or career development planning
Applicable Educators:
- Educators with strong academic qualifications, including a Master's degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, along with a teaching qualification
- Educators with a valid teaching credential and a minimum of five years of teaching experience
- Educators with a clear understanding of curriculum delivery, teaching methods, and class observation
- Educators who have experience in teacher support and/or career development planning

- Observes teaching methods and evaluates curricula and teaching techniques.
- Ensures continuous assessment of student learning.
Student Support:
- Monitors students receiving special services.
- Serves as a member of the Child Study Team.
- Communicates with parents and prepares documentation for students of concern.
Student Discipline:
- Handles student discipline issues.
- Implements the Values Learning Plan and behavioral matrix.
- Disseminates information on disciplinary policies and procedures.
Organize School Operations:
- Assists in interviewing, evaluating, and selecting new staff members.
- Plans and facilitates parents' meetings.
- Coordinates the development of the master schedule.
- Oversees course selection and teacher schedules.
Professional Growth and Evaluation of Teachers:
- Conducts professional evaluation and coaching of faculty.
- Provides access to professional learning opportunities aligned with the school's strategic plan.
Implementation of the School Program:
- Provides direction for implementing school-wide initiatives.
- Guides instructional goal development, unit planning, differentiated instruction, and Student Management System.
Professional Learning:
- Pursues personal professional development in leadership, curriculum, and best practices.
