Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Experience integrating technology and project-based learning into the curriculum.

Job Description:

Hobby School is seeking a passionate and experienced Geography Teacher to teach both middle school and high school students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geography education, the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons, and a commitment to fostering critical thinking about global and environmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Geography to middle school and high school students, covering topics such as physical geography, human geography, geopolitics, and environmental studies.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage inquiry-based learning and real-world application.
Utilize diverse teaching methods, including technology, hands-on activities, case studies, and field trips, to enhance student understanding.
Assess student progress through assignments, projects, exams, and presentations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Encourage critical thinking and discussions about global issues, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

Create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that supports student engagement and growth.
