Lower Primary Homeroom Teacher (KG-G2)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, student-centered educator to join our Lower Primary team. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, nurturing classroom environment for young learners, instilling foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning. As a homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for guiding students in their social-emotional development while fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, differentiated instruction in line with the Common Core Curriculum.
Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere conducive to individualized and group learning.
Collaborate with colleagues and administration to develop and implement cross-curricular activities that support student growth.
Establish strong communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and development.
Assess student performance and provide timely feedback to support academic growth.
