Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach with a can-do ethos
Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn
Available to start August 2023

The Role

The Lead for Teaching, Learning and well-being (LTLW) is a stipended position that ensures that the Grade Level Leaders (GLLs) work in a collaborative, effective, and efficient manner.

The LTLW is a full-time middle leadership position that supports the Dubai Schools initiative by reinforcing the DS Mission, Values, and Attitudes, assisting in the building of a coherent curriculum, and ensuring effective teaching and learning are priorities of the LTLW. The well-being of students is a focus with the LTLW supporting GLLs and the school counselor in monitoring tier 2 and 3 students.

Coherence, positivity, and engagement inspire students to continually meet and exceed their learning targets, and the LTLW models this within the Dubai Schools community of learners.
