We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a native English speaker with at least four years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children.

Instruction: Teach foundational subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, and science, using creative methods to make learning enjoyable.

Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages cooperation and respect among students.

Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.

Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education.
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
  • Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
