Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time High School History Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering student growth and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the school’s mission, values, and policies, and serve as a role model for students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the American curriculum standards and meet the diverse learning needs of high school students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress using a variety of assessment methods and provide timely and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's continuous improvement initiatives.
