Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, innovative Early Years leader to join Bright Learners Private School as Head of Kindergarten. The successful candidate will play a major role on the Senior Leadership Team supporting the Principal in driving forward Early Years Education at Bright Learners Private School.

We seek an inspiring leader with strong leadership skills, instructional expertise, high energy, and commitment. The candidate will recognize the potential of our students, have a visible learning approach, and have the appropriate temperament to work with a young, vibrant learning community.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about play-based learning and can develop strong relationships of mutual trust with young learners, families, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate must approved qualifications and education, have extensive experience in a similar leadership role, and experience with the KHDA inspection process.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the school’s Vision and Mission, Bright Learners’ Core Values, policies, and practices.
