Position Overview: As the Head of Elementary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our elementary students. You will provide visionary leadership, develop innovative programs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education that meets the needs of every student. Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and parents, you will create a nurturing and supportive environment where students can achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the elementary school faculty and staff
- Work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the Superintendent
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and creativity
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging
- Establish strong partnerships with parents and the wider community to support student learning and well-being
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement, professional growth, and best practices in education
- Provide strong academic outcomes based on local and international benchmarks and metrics
