Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (required).
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in an early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Uzbek or Russian is an asset.
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is preferred for English language support.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Elementary Teachers to join our growing team. As an Elementary Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and guiding young learners, building foundational skills through activity-based, hands-on learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, inquiry-based lessons that align with the Maple Bear Canadian curriculum and focus on higher-level thinking skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on student progress and encouraging family involvement.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to continuously improve curriculum delivery and teaching methods.
- Participate in professional development and training sessions as required by Maple Bear to maintain high educational standards.
