The classroom teacher is responsible for teaching the four core subjects - English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies - to a maximum of 24 students in the class. The teacher will plan and deliver units of study that are aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework. In addition, the teacher will work collaboratively with other grade-level teachers to deliver a consistent and solid program. The teacher will participate in the school-wide community by serving on committees, assisting with events, and offering cross-curricular activities.
