We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Female Teachers to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young childrens. The ideal candidate will support children's early development by fostering creativity, curiosity, and foundational skills through play-based and structured learning activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the  relevant curriculum.
  • Child Development: Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through interactive and exploratory learning experiences.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect.
  • Assessment & Progress Tracking: Monitor and assess students’ progress, maintaining records and providing feedback to parents and school leadership.
  • Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and well-being.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
  • Safeguarding & Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to school policies and child protection regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/PGCE, BEd/Cache Level 3 (Nursery) or any related field.
  • Teaching certification (if required by local regulations).
  • Previous experience in early years education .
  • Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
