- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Art Teacher, preferably in an American Curriculum school.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art.
- A diploma or degree in Teaching.
- Experience in Dubai is desired.

Duties and Responsibilities: The teacher will…
- Be directly accountable to the school principal
- Communicate and engage students effectively in the subject matter
- Assist with the organization of courses of study in cooperation with school learning objectives and in compliance with accreditation processes
- Prepare a systematic plan for instruction that includes: a statement of general and specific learning objectives with time allotted for each unit, strategies employed during instruction to increase student engagement in the learning process, and methods of evaluation
- Keep accurate, complete, and timely records of student's grades and attendance
- Evaluate and grade fairly by grading policies
- Assume responsibility at all times for students assigned to his/her care
Give prompt attention to routine classroom matters:
- Textbook and equipment records
- Student records (cumulative folders, report cards, conference records, etc.)
- Accurate reporting of classroom
