Taaleem Charter Schools - Middle / High Schools

As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students.

The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, to raise the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022.

In 2022, Taaleem was awarded its two first Middle Schools catering to students from Grade 5 to Grade 9, with additional Grades also added to one of Taaleem's most established elementary schools - Al Riyadh School - as its transition to K-12 school continues.

Taaleem currently has three growing Middle-High Charter Schools;

• Al Ahad School (opened in 2022)
• Al Azm School (opened in 2022)
• Al Riyadh School (opened 2021)

We are seeking outstanding, dedicated, and resilient Teachers and School Leaders who are committed to the long-term goals of this project. Due to our rigorous approvals systems in the UAE please be aware of the requirements for teachers in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold a recognized teaching qualification, e.g. Bachelor’s of Education or relevant degree in the teacher's subject area plus a PGCE, to gain ADEK approval.
