The successful candidate will require the use of Microsoft Office, enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, good interpersonal skills, motivation, resilience, patience, ability to work flexibly as a member of a team, and ability to hit the ground running!
Applicants must be confident in their literacy skills and have an excellent command of English (An ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage).

Responsibilities:
- Attend all administration team meetings
- Typing and branding of official documents and letters to Secondary parents
- Receiving, directing, and responding to emails on behalf of the Secondary Leadership Team as appropriate
- Liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff and respond to inquiries on matters within the postholder’s responsibility
- Link to Aldar HQ for all Secondary related issues/tasks
- Design new documents, where necessary, to improve Secondary Academy’s effectiveness
- Attend any training deemed necessary about the role of Admin Support – Secondary
- Support new staff – arrival, induction, accommodation, and any other requirements
- Maintaining up-to-date records for all Secondary pupils on engage
- Assist with the preparation of Secondary PTCs
- Mail merge letters to provide more personalized service for parents and attach them to the DMS system
- Responsible for all communications to Secondary parents including Homework, Educational visits, and invitations to events
- Ensure all fire registers are up to date and accurate for the Secondary School
- Process any student leavers forms for the whole school, update Engage, and forward to Admissions
- Responsible for arranging the cover of secondary teachers in times of absence
