Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Special Education, Psychology, OT, or Neurodevelopment.
  • Master’s degree/certification in Sensory Integration or
  • Master’s degree/certificate in Occupational Therapy or
  • Master’s degree in Special Education related to early intervention.

Qualifications and experience desired: 

  • English speaker necessary, Spanish desired.
  • At least two years of experience working with children at preschool ages, who have been diagnosed with developmental or learning difficulties, through early intervention programs.
  • Experience creating and implementing IEPs.
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones and delays in children.
  • Experience working with neurodiversity.
  • Experience as a leader working with teachers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with parents, teachers, and external therapists.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Technological literacy.

The Early Childhood AI Teacher works with students diagnosed with developmental difficulties such as limited motor skills, sensory processing difficulties, or special learning challenges. The purpose of this service is to provide early intervention to increase the chances for children to improve and succeed in their academic and life skills.
