Teach at Victoria (China) Education Group in China

Founded in 1965, Victoria (China) Education Group has been in operation for 56 years and is known for its continuous journey of research, exploration, and practice of advanced education methods. Over the past 56 years and through the efforts of three generations, Victoria has created several firsts for its pioneering curriculum.

In 2021, under the premise of the "China National Curriculum Standard," Victoria (China) Education Group officially launched the "IB+" inquiry program, which integrates the "Language and Culture," "STEAM" curricula and "Care" project with the IB curriculum, aiming to nurture lifelong learners with an international perspective, care for others and future in mind.

More than one-fifth of our staff have been with Victoria for more than 10 years, making our staff loyalty and stability outstanding in the private preschool industry. The Group currently employs over 690 people and has over 5,000 students and a cumulative total of over 14,000 graduates.

Our teachers come from all over the world, with approximately 30% of our teachers being foreign. All of our foreign staff are native English speakers with bachelor's degrees or above, and all hold a work permit issued by the Bureau of Foreign Affairs. 90% of our foreign teachers have more than two years' experience in education in China.
