Rockies international exchange is an institute of culture communication between China and Canada. It is the first model bases for cultural industries, and the organizer to promote the whole project. It is managed by North America Rockies Education Co.Ltd and Rockies Management and Consultation Company. 

Rockies Education is a Canadian owned and managed group of English language schools. We also run a business management and consultancy company to offer services to partnership schools, Rockies’ franchise schools, and joint venture schools. Among these include, privately owned training schools, public and privately owned kindergartens, public schools, and international schools.
