About Education Development Trust

At Education Development Trust, we improve school systems at scale and provide empowering employability and career services to young people and adults.

We provide millions of beneficiaries in diverse countries with enhanced opportunities to learn and thrive.

Our promise of impact runs through everything we do, from our evidence-informed program design to the ethos we have as a learning organization. We invest in rigorous monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to generate the best possible data and evidence on what works.

Our partners, clients, and beneficiaries benefit from the knowledge we have built over years of investment in research, program design and delivery, and the ongoing testing and improvement of our educational methods.

We employ a rich mix of educationalists and other professionals around the world. Our people – from accountants to researchers and from analysts to project managers – are passionate about education and committed to excellence. Find out more about some of the people in our organization below. We are passionate about the power of education to transform lives. We make a positive difference in the world because of the exceptional quality, skills, and dedication of our people.

When you join EDT, you’ll be choosing from a diverse range of career opportunities. Everything we do is underpinned by our values of excellence, integrity, accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.

We recruit expert consultants and researchers with the knowledge and experience to improve education systems around the world, in partnership with organizations like UNESCO, the World Bank, the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office; and English language teachers for schools in Brunei. Our career advisers support young people and adults in the UK to choose their future pathways, and we train school inspectors to deliver sustainable school accountability systems in the Middle East.

We deliver a range of multimedia programs, workshops, and resources for educators in the UK and internationally, to develop excellent practitioners and school leaders, from early years settings through school improvement partnerships and executive leadership.
