  • Bachelor's degree in General Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching English to young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
  • Proficiency in classroom management and organization.
  • Airport pick-up on your first arrival to Quito.
  • Visa paperwork, paid visa fees for all expenses.
  • Vacation Days: 30-day summer break (July-August).
  • Christmas Vacation: 10 days (approximately)
  • Additional vacation days according to the national holiday calendar
  • Accident insurance
  • Ecuadorian Social Security
  • Scholarship for all dependent children according to the admissions policy.
  • Salary: USD dollars monthly before tax

The Preschool ELA Teacher is responsible for teaching English to children aged 3 to 5 years old. This role involves creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans that foster language acquisition and support overall child development. The teacher will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages young learners to explore and develop their English language skills.
