Kindergarten Teacher

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and guiding young learners, building foundational skills through play-based, hands-on learning experiences. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about early childhood education, culturally aware, and committed to creating a warm, supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based lessons that align with the Maple Bear Canadian curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of each child.
• Implement hands-on, experiential learning activities, as outlined in the Maple Bear curriculum, to promote curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on student progress and encouraging family involvement.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to continuously improve curriculum delivery and teaching methods.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions as required by Maple Bear to maintain high educational standards.
