Middle School Science Teacher

Bright Learners Private School is looking for a dedicated, qualified, and dynamic Middle School Science Teacher to become a part of our school family! We are looking for committed teachers to complement our qualified team of educators. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching middle school science within an American curriculum school and teaching experience in the UAE.  This role requires a passion for inspiring young minds, fostering curiosity, and delivering engaging lessons aligned with American curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons that are aligned with the NGSS science standards.
• Student Assessment: Regularly assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods as needed. Use formative and summative assessments to gauge student understanding and drive instruction.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and respect. Maintain high expectations for behavior and academic performance.
• Lab and Experiments: Regularly organize, plan, and conduct exciting hands-on experiments and laboratory activities to reinforce scientific concepts and engage students in practical learning experiences.
• Integration of Technology: Utilize educational technology and interactive tools to enhance instruction and facilitate a modern, student-centered learning experience.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and the school administration to ensure cohesive curriculum alignment across subjects and grade levels.
• Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest teaching practices and scientific advancements.
• Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, strengths, and areas of growth. Attend parent-teacher conferences and provide constructive feedback.
