Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote critical thinking.

Instruction:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in sociology, covering topics such as social structures, cultural norms, socialization, inequality, and social change.
- Facilitate discussions and debates to encourage student participation and promote analytical skills.
Assessment and Evaluation:

- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
Student Support:
- Offer guidance and support to students, helping them to navigate academic challenges and personal development.

Professional Development:
- Stay current with developments in sociology and education by participating in professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.

Working Conditions:
