Taaleem Charter Schools
As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a âFirst Rate Education Systemâ for all students.
The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, with the aim of raising the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022.
We are seeking outstanding, dedicated, and resilient teachers who are committed to the long-term goals of this project. We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process, and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals.
The projected growth of the Taaleem Branch Charter School Project will offer a broad range of opportunities in the coming years, presenting Charter School employees with fantastic options for career progression.
Taaleem - One of the largest, most respected education providers in the United Arab Emirates
Taaleem, formerly known as Beacon Education, is a school management company set up in 2003 to develop and run high-quality education projects.â â The founding partners identified two distinct gaps in the market: the need for more top-quality schools to cater to the growing population and the desire of the many investors to put their funds into ventures that will help to secure the long-term success of the region. Taaleem was founded to fill these gaps.â
Our Focus is first and foremost on education and students. The comprehensive and holistic approach we employ means that we place as much emphasis on the emotional, social, moral, and physical development of our students as on the academic.â
Our Purpose is to inspire young minds and help our students to identify and develop their passions and talents. To achieve this, Taaleem will provide children with the skills and knowledge to compete on a level playing field with students from the worldâs top schools.â â
Our Vision is to be the most respected provider of early childhood, primary and secondary education in the Gulf.â â
Our Mission is to inspire our students and staff to explore, identify and develop their passions and talentsâ.
Who are we looking for?
The Taaleem family of schools is a truly values-driven organization and is always happy to receive applications from âoutstandingâ teachers, including KG, Early Years, and Primary and Secondary Specialists. We recruit the very best international teachers who can deliver our international curricula in a creative, collaborative, and highly engaging manner.
Taaleem Charter Schools are committed to inspiring young minds and helping them to identify and develop their passions and talents. Due to our rigorous approvals systems in the UAE please be aware of the requirements for teachers in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must hold a recognized teaching qualification, e.g. Bachelorâs of Education or relevant degree in the teacher's subject area plus a PGCE, to gain ADEK approval.
