Job Description:
- Assist in achieving the school’s mission, goals, and vision.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum, assessments, and extracurricular activities.
- Lead and manage teaching staff.
- Organize department resources.
- Ensure high standards of student work, outcomes, and behavior.
- Develop and implement departmental development and improvement plans.
- Coordinate curriculum planning and align with school goals.
- Oversee the assessment process, provide feedback, and track student progress.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Address behavior management issues and enforce school policies.
- Ensure compliance with child protection and safety standards.
