Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Vice Principal to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Vice Principal role, preferably within an American curriculum and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) setting. This position requires strong leadership skills, a profound understanding of educational methodologies, and a passion for fostering academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Principal to ensure effective school operations.
Support and guide faculty to maintain high educational standards.
Oversee curriculum development and implementation in alignment with IB and American educational standards.
Facilitate a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
Engage with parents, staff, and students to build a supportive school community.
