Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the art department
- Lead a team of art teachers, providing guidance and leadership to the team
- Help the School to design and implement art curriculum
- Supervise, observe, and arrange art instructors to give lessons according to the curriculum
- Form mentor-student mechanism among the art department, train and cultivate young teachers, and organize class observation within the department
Teaching Responsibilities:
- Teach the assigned visual arts in multiple classes for secondary school.
- When possible, the school will attempt to assign teachers to specific school levels i.e. 1-5 for Primary School, 6-8 for Middle School, 9-12 for High school
- Teach knowledge and skills in art, including theory, history, and culture.
- Lead or assist in an Enrichment Program course of up to 3 hours per week
