End of service indemnity: Half a month's salary for each year taught at AAG for the first 5 years of service to be received upon completion of service
Relocation allowance: 120 KD, payable upon arrival*
Personal days: 3 per academic year (10 KD paid for each day not used at the end of the year)
Sick leave: 6 per academic year
Contract: Paid over 12 months including school holidays with pay
Emergency leave: Handled case by case
Bereavement leave: Five days with pay/five days without pay for immediate family members
Airline ticket: Provided to and from your point of origin every summer
Extra baggage allowance: 65 KD*
Housing: Furnished apartment (2 bedrooms) with phone, free utilities, and cable TV

- The Early Childhood Principal is the educational leader of the ECE Department. She assumes responsibility for the quality of the educational program and supervision of the ECE faculty and staff.
- Continue to support the goals and philosophy of AAG and how it is reflected in the AAG Early Childhood program.
- Supervise the daily operations of the ECE Department.
- Develop and implement an Early Childhood curriculum based on knowledge of child development and ensure high standards are followed.
- Observe and evaluate all faculty and staff.
- Develop a system of assessment to show individual student growth and development.
- Implement at orientation process for parents.
- Monitor and review plan for regular communication with the parents.
- Attend all administrative meetings.
- Meet weekly with grade level leaders.
- Meet regularly with faculty and staff to discuss implementations of program as well as curriculum and training in cooperation with the Curriculum Coordinator.
- Set appropriate class schedules in cooperation with the class teacher.
- Develop a yearly calendar of special events.
- Maintain a regular bulleting to staff.
- Communicate with parents concerning the academic progress of their daughter.
- Coordinate screening of incoming students into KG1.
- Liaison the advancement and class placement of KG2 students into Grade 1.
- Supervise and evaluate all ECE staff.
- Assist in the hiring of new staff.
- Coordinate orders and maintenance requests to assure a safe and orderly environment in the ECE Department.
- Maintain student enrollment procedures and criteria.
- Provide the Superintendent input of the fiscal needs of the ECE Department.
AAG has been in existence since 1996 providing educational programs to Kuwaiti girls. AAG is a single-gender school for girls that uses an American curriculum that is aligned with Common Core Standards to prepare all students for success in Early Childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels, university, careers, and community leadership.

We have 975 total students enrolled in our school. All our core subjects: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies are taught in English as the primary language except for Arabic, Religion, and Koran classes which are taught in Arabic and the curriculum comes from the Ministry of Education. Our school offers an array of opportunities academically including AP courses and extra-curriculum activities such as Athletics, M.U.N., Academic Games, After-school clubs, etc.
In addition, we offer Arabic as a Foreign Language for those students who have permission from the Ministry of Education. AAG consists of a staff that is diverse and dedicated to ensuring our students are successful.
