We get it, last week many of you were too busy enjoying Thanksgiving turkey to participate in our Twitter chat. Elaine’s feelings weren’t too hurt. But we’re back again today at a new time: 6 pm EST, with one of the newest additions to our recruitment team: Ben.
Ben has really hit the ground running: he’s been handling the recruitment for some really big programs including schools in Kuwait and China. If you’ve got any questions about teaching in these regions, Ben’s your man.
Before starting with Teach Away, Ben was teaching ESL in Edinburgh, and in Busan, South Korea, before that. He knows what it’s like to pick up and start a new career overseas, so feel free to ask him anything about his personal experience.
A jack of all trades, Ben is more than a recruitment ninja: he spends his spare time cooking, running, and building and riding motorcycles. He also has a degree in Fine Art, but caught the travel bug while teaching overseas.
So, introduce yourself to Ben – don’t let him be the only one to show up to the party (poor Elaine!). To participate, it’s the same as always: send us a tweet and include the chat hashtag #askteachaway. Ben will retweet the question before he tweets his answer, that way everyone can follow the Q&A.
If you’re not on Twitter, click here to sign up. Once you’ve signed up, or if you already have an account, just follow @teachaway.
See you this afternoon!
