Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory for school and office supplies which includes ordering, receiving, and allocating.
- Create a sign-in/out system for all inventory assigned to staff.
- Sign teacher’s “End of Year” closeout forms to check all technologies and school resources in the possession of teachers and academic staff.
- Prepare and type annual inventory reports, requisitions, orders, and correspondence.
- Processes documents and materials (e.g. purchase orders, warehouse orders, vendor assignments, quotes, etc.) to disseminate information to appropriate parties, follow up on incomplete or damaged orders, and/or ensure the availability of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain office files and records, including perpetual inventory for stock.
- Communicates with other management staff, School personnel, vendors, and contractors to fulfill school needs.
- General bookkeeping functions: deposits, pay bills, etc.
- Display/order proper inventory according to demand/season.
- Prepares and enters student billing on a computerized system.
