The person specification for this role is an experienced and determined individual with a proven record of guiding and assisting children in attaining remarkable accomplishments. In addition to this, the Principal would be expected to assist teachers in maximizing their teaching potential and developing themselves professionally through school-sponsored training and a personal desire to achieve higher.
This ideal candidate should align with the school’s vision and share the belief that all young individuals, when guided and given the appropriate opportunities, can excel in both their academic pursuits and personal growth, including leadership development.
The applicant must be ambitious with experience in a senior leadership role in a school and at best, held the position of a Principal at a point in his/her career.
As an international curriculum-run school, we expect the applicant to be well-acquainted with the British National Curriculum and/or the International Baccalaureate.
