- Does your degree comply with the EQF requirements of level 6 or above?
- Has the official length of studies been designed for three years at least?
Other requirements:
- Interest in progressive pedagogical concepts and the desire to apply them in practice and to continuously improve them in everyday
- Excellent communication and reflection skills
- Minimum language level at the start of employment: fluent in German or English
- Minimum language level after one year of employment: fluent in German or English; in addition A2 in German AND English

rainbowtrekkers Kita gGmbH is an independent provider of bilingual day care centers in Cologne. We care for 160 children in three facilities in English and German between the ages of 1 and 6. At Rainbowtrekkers we have a so-called "eclectic" approach, i.e. our approach is made up of different pedagogical action concepts from all over the world. We base our pedagogical work on these ideas.
